If you are from the UK, follow these steps:
1. Click Here
2. Leave the page.
3. The jacket should now be in your suite!
If you are not from the UK, follow these steps:
1. Go to one of these proxies: http://ithru.co.uk/ OR http://filterskip.com/ OR http://notaproxy.co.uk/
2. Type this link into the blank box on the proxy site: Stardoll.com
3. Press <Enter> on your keyboard.
4. Log into your Stardoll account.
5. Go back on to the proxy site.
6. Paste this into the box: http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/hunger-games-uk/
7. Close the tab and go to your normal Stardoll.
8. You should now have the jacket in your suite! :D

It must not work for you. What country are you from? Are you using a proxy?
