If you aren't from the UK follow these steps:
Go to a UK proxy (Here are some) http://docoja.com/blue/ or http://goproxing.com/ or
http://slygeek.com/ or http://daveproxy.co.uk/
Paste this into the proxy's search bar and click go/ click enter on your keyboard
http://www.stardoll.com/en/stardolltv/
leave the proxy and go to your stardoll suite.
The items will be in a bag in your suite :)
