If you don't live in the US follow these steps:
Goto a US proxy (Here are some) http://webwarper.net/ or http://speedyaccess.info/ or http://dontfilter.us/ or http://anonr.com/ or http://proxoin.com/
Paste this into the proxy's search bar:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/clubs/home.php?id=2410101&action=ma&ac=2410101
Hit go or enter on your KB
Log in
Wait for page to load
Leave the proxy
The item will be in a Dove bag in your suite :)
