If you don't live in the UK follow these steps:
Goto a UK proxy like:
http://2m4u.com/ or http://unblocker.biz/ or http://militaryprox.info/ or http://uhuf.com/
Paste this into the proxy's sb:
http://stardoll.com/
log in
Now paste this:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/xboxuk.php
Click go/enter on your KB
Leave the proxy
The items will be in two Kinect sports 2 bags in your suite:)
