-If you're not from the UK - Follow these steps:
1)Go to a UK proxy like: krabappel.com/ppi/ OR ccgi.goochy.plus.com/ OR justproxy.co.uk
2)In proxy's 'Web Address' box Paste this link:http://www.stardoll.com/en/video/
3)Click Go Button OR Press Enter on your keyboard
4)Press ► and Let the video play at least for one second
(in case video starts automatically - put it on like 3:33 and watch the last seconds)
5)Leave the proxy and Go to stardoll as usual
Scratch should be in an Ice Age campaign bag in your suite :)
